Quite apart from the great workmanship what stood out for us is JJ's transparency with the whole process and the discussing of the contract.

Their communication with us was outstanding with continuous updating of who is coming when and what for ... and come they did as planned ! In our case we needed a good number of tradies co-ordinated. Janelle got this organised like Swiss clockwork.

One or two minor hiccups were swiftly resolved, on a weekend! With such availability and responsiveness a problem isn't really a problem. All of JJ's contractors were friendly and respectful.
